Kwarangwal (skeleton)

Abubuwan Ban Mamaki 15 Gameda Kwarangwal:


 Kwarangwal shine jerin kasusuwan jiki kuma ginshikin dake rataye da dukkan sassan jiki.



1. Akwai ƙasusuwa daban-daban har guda 206 a jikin mutum. 

2. Jarirai sun fi manya yawan ƙasusuwa, a yayin da manya ke da ƙasusuwa guda 206,  jarirai na da ƙasusuwa kusan 270, inda yawansu zai ɗinga raguwa yayin girmansu saboda haɗewar wasu daga cikin ƙasusuwan har su zama dai-dai da na manya.

3. Fiye da rabin ƙasusuwan ƙwarangwal — ƙasusuwa 106, suna nan a tattare a hannaye, tsintsiyoyin hannu, da kuma tafukan sawu.

4. A tafin sawu ɗaya kawai, akwai ƙasusuwar har guda 26.

5. Hannu haɗi da tsintsiyar hannu na ɗauke da ƙasusuwa har guda 27.


6. Ƙashin cinya shi ne ƙashi mafi tsayi kuma mafi ƙwari a jikin mutum.

7. Ƙashi mafi ƙanƙanta kuma mafi ƙarancin nauyi shi ne ƙashin 'stapes' da ke tsakiyar cikin kunne, ɗaya ne daga cikin ƙasusuwa uku da ke tsakiyar cikin kunne da ke temaka wa wajen sarrafa sauti.

8. Ƙasusuwa na gama tsayin ne bayan balaga zuwa wajejen shekara 25, amma kauri, nauyi da ƙwarin ƙashi za su ci gaba da caccanzawa tsawon rayuwa.

9. Ƙashin 'hyoid' shi ne ƙashi ɗaya tak da bai jingina da wani ƙashi ba. Wannan ƙashi mai sifar "V" na nan tsakanin maƙogaro da tushen harshe.

10. Muhimman sinadaran ginin ƙashi sun haɗa da kalsiyam (calcium), fasfaras (phosphorus), sodiyam (sodium) da sauransu. Don haka cin abincin da ke ɗauke da waɗannan sinadarai na temakawa wajen gina ƙashi.

11. Kamar yadda ƙwarangwal ya zama ginshikin jiki, haka nan tsokokin jiki sune ke samar da ƙarfi / yunƙurin da ke motsa sassa ko gaɓɓan jiki.

12. Ƙwarangwal na samar da kariya ga muhimman sassan jiki kamar ƙwaƙwalwa da ke ƙunshe cikin ƙoƙon kai, laka da ke ƙunshe cikin kwaroron ƙashin gadon baya, ƙwayar ido da ke cikin gurbin ido da kuma zuciya da huhu da ke cikin kejin haƙarƙari.

13. Dogayen ƙasusuwan ƙwarangwal da ke ƙunshe da ɓargo a cikinsu na daga cikin sassan jiki da ke samar da ƙwayoyin jini.

14. Kusan rabin karayar da take afkuwa ga manya na faruwa ne a ƙasusuwan damatsa, wato dantsen sama ko na ƙasa.

15. Nauyi, ƙwari da aikin ƙashi na samar da ƙwayoyin jini duk suna ƙaruwa da motsa jiki / atisaye akai-akai, kamar yadda suke raguwa da rashin motsa jiki / atisaye.

Lafiya Uwar Jiki....

HANYOYIN KARA LAFIYA DA GINA JIKI:


Lafiyar jiki abu ne da kowa ke bukata domin kuwa masana kiwon lafiya sun yi kididdiga akan cewa, da yawa daga cikin cututtukan dake kama jikin dan Adam su na bayuwa ne dangane da irin cimarsa.
Idan mutum ya kauracewa da yawa daga cikin nau'ukan abinci da ake sarrafasu a kamfanunnka, kama daga kifin gongoni zuwa lemuka na gongoni, to tabbas zai tsarkeke lafiyar jikinsa daga sunadaran calories.
Wannan sunadaran na calories su na da tasiri kwarai da gaske wajen karya garkuwar jikin dan Adam, domin kuwa su na jefa sassa daban-daban na jikin dan Adam cikin hadarin kamuwa da cututtuka.


Ga jerin hanyoyi 6 da za su kara habaka lafiya da gina jikin dan Adam:

1. Yawaitar amfani da kayan hatsi irinsu; gero, dawa, acca, masara, uwa uba alkama, domin kuwa su na kara karfafa karfin jikin dan Adam da kuma bayar da kariyar cututtuka irinsu, ciwon zuciya, ciwon sukari da kuma ciwon daji.
2. Amfani da 'Ya'yan itatuwa da ganyayyaki:
3. Rage amfani da gishiri da kuma sarrafaffen sukari.
4. Ana bukatar mutum ya yawaita shan ruwa domin masana kiwon lafiya sun bayyana cewa ruwa ba ya taba yin yawa a jikin dan Adam saboda irin bukatuwar jiki ga ruwa.
5. Kauracewa barasa da sunadarin Caffeine, wannan sunadarin ana samun shi a cikin lemo na Coca Cola da kuma Nescafe.
6. Rage amfani da nama da kwai na kajin gidan gona, domin kuwa sinadaran gina jikinsu ba daya yake da kajin hausa ba. Saboda haka ga mai bukatar sunadarin Protein a jikinsa, akwai irinsu gyada, gujjiya da kuma wake da suke kunshe da wannan sinadarai.


....wannan rubutu dai saboda Sufi akayishi bisa ga la'akari da himmarsa, karamarsa, gami-da.......

Ciwon Baya/Back pain

Barkan mu da warhaka, A yau zamuyi batune Akan:
 CIWON BAYA (backache/Back pain) 


Kafin mu san mene ne ciwon baya da yadda yake aukuwa, ya kamata mu san ya shi gadon bayan yake. Gadon baya: ya hada da sandar kasusuwan baya, da wasu fayafayin da suke tsakankanin su kasusuwan, sai kuma naman da ya lullube shi, da kuma jijiyar laka ta gadon baya da ke cikin shi sandar kashin. Dukkanin wadannan abubuwa da aka lissafa wato da lakar, da kashin da tsokar duk zasu iya jin ciwo, susa ciwon baya. Kuma ana jin ciwon ne a tsakiyar baya daga kasan hakarkari (awazzu) zuwa kugu, domin duk zafin da akaji a gefe ko kwibin wannan wuri ba sunan shi ciwon baya ba, watakil koda ce ko wani abun daban.


 Ciwon Baya (Back pain):- ba karamar matsala ba ce, domin kusan a kullum sai anje asibiti a kanta. Kusan an kiyasta cewa kowane mahaluki zai samu (ko ma ya taba samun) ciwon baya ko da sau daya ne a rayuwa, a wasu da dama kuma ya zauna yaki tafiya. Mukan samu ciwon baya ne yayin da muka dauki abu mai nauyi, ko muka buge, ko muka murda bayan da karfi ba tare da mun sani ba, kamar a fagen wasanni ko wata cuta ta taba shi. (I.Y.Y.) YAWAN FITSARI (Polyuria)!!!
Akwai abubuwa da dama da kan iya kawo yawan fitsari, tun daga canjin yanayi, zuwa yawan shan ruwa ko kayan shaye-shaye, zuwa samun juna biyu zuwa rashin lafiya zuwa magunguna. Yawan fitsari na faruwa yayin da mutum ya ga cewa yawan zuwa makewayinsa domin fitsari ya karu, ko yawan fitsarin da ke zuba ya karu ko da ba samu karuwar zuwa bayan-gidan ba. Canjin yanayi daga na zafi zuwa na sanyi zai iya kawo yawan fitsari. Yawa a nan na nufin zubar fitsari mai yawa ba kadan ba. Yawan shan abubuwa masu ruwa ma kan iya kawo irin wannan yawan. Mai juna biyu ma da ya fara girma za ta rika jin fitsari a kai-akai saboda mahaifa na danno mafitsara. Sai Rashin lafiya. Ana ganin shigar kwayoyin cuta mafitsara kan iya sa yawan fitsari, amma a nan yawan na nufin yawan jin fitsarin, don ko an je ba a ganin yana zuba da yawa. Wani ciwo mai kawo irin wannan alama kuma shi ne na kumburin prostate a maza wadanda suka manyanta. Sai matsalar ciwon suga, wadda ita kuma za ta iya kawo yawan yin fitsari a kai-akai, kuma mai yawa ba kadan-kadan ba. Sai matsalar ciwon koda, ita ma za ta iya kawo yawan fitsari kafin daga baya ya dauke a wasu lokutan. Daga karshe sai wasu magunguna. Magungunan da akan ba wasu wadanda ruwa ya taru a jikinsu kamar masu hawan jini misali ko masu ciwon hanta, kan iya sa yawan fitsari. Akwai wasu na gargajiya ma wadanda mutum kan saya ya sha haka nan a titi, su ma za su iya kawo yawan fitsari. Don haka duk wanda yake da alamomin yawan fitsari ba na canjin yanayi ko na shaye-shaye ba yana da kyau ya je a duba shi, in ta kama ma a yi masa gwaje-gwaje don a tantance matsalar.


ME YAKE KAWO CIWON BAYA? 

Abubuwan da kan kawo ciwon baya sun hada da: 
1. Yawan shekaru: Wato girma ko tsufa. Wannan shi ne kan gaba wajen kawo ciwon baya, domin da wuya yara suyi. An fi ganin ciwon baya a dattijawa da tsofaffi wadanda bayansu ya riga ya fara rauni, ko kasusuwan suka riga suka fara zaizayewa saboda karancin ma’adinai irinsu Vitaman na rukunin D da Calcium. Don haka idan yawan shekaru ne ke kawowa mutum ciwon baya sai an hada da magungunan bitaman da motsa jiki ta hanyar gashi wato Physiotherapy kafin abin yayi sauki.

2. Sai kuma kiba: Wadda kan kara wa gadon bayan nauyi, ta yadda tsokar da kashin da kushin din duk za su kasa samun sakewa. Mai wannan matsalar idan ba rage kibar ya yi ba, ba zai daina samun matsalar ba komi magani.

3. Gado: Akwai kuma wadanda akan haifa da karkataccen kashin gadon baya, kamar kusumbi ko doro ko dai wani rashin daidaito na kashin bayan wanda kan iya sa yawan ciwon bayan. Shi wannan idan aka gano hakan ne, yawanci tiyata ake a mikar da lankwasar.

4. Yawan aiki a tsaye ko a duqe ko a zaune na tsawon lokuta, zai iya sa tsokar jikin kashin ta gajiya. Kai a wasu lokutan ma irin wannan kan iya sankarar da baya na dan wani lokaci. Yawan motsa jiki kan iya magance ciwon baya a masu irin wannan Yawan motsa jiki kan iya magance ciwon baya a masu irin wannan matsala.

5. Yawan daga kayan nauyi: Mutane masu aikin daga kayan nauyi sun fi kowa samun hadarin zamowar kushin din da ke tsakankanin kashin gadon baya. Idan mutum zai daga nauyi ko da ruwan wanka ne kada ya daga a duqe, sai daga tsugune. Don haka ne ma kuma ga masu sa leburori aiki su rika bin ka’idojin aiki, ta hanyar basu kayan daukar nauyi na zamani da inshorar lafiya ga wadannan.

6. Buguwa ta hatsari: Wadda zata iya kuje tsokar ko ta sa karayar kashin, ko ta sa kashin ya matse lakar, ko ta sa kushin-kushin din tsakankanin su zamo. Don haka idan mutum ya taba buguwa a baya yana cikin hadarin samun ciwon baya.

 7. Tsayi: An tabbatar da cewa wadanda suke da tsayi sosai sunfi sauran mutane yawan samun ciwon baya. Don haka idan kina da tsayi sosai za ta iya kasancewa shine.

8. Ciwon Sanyin kashi: Ga mai ciwon sanyin kashi wanda yafi kama yatsu da gabobin hannu ko na gwiwoyi, za a iya rashin dace ya tabo har gadon baya. Don haka ba abin mamaki bane mai ciwon sanyin kashi ya ji bayansa ya fara ciwo. A irin wannan magungunan sanyin kashin kan iya sawa na bayan ma ya lafa.

9. Yanayin Wurin Kwanciya: Da yake kwanciyar barcin dare na daukar lokaci mai tsawo a kowace rana, yanayin kwanciya kan iya sa ciwon baya. Mutumin da ke kwana kan tabarma ba daya yake da mai kwana kan katifa ba, kuma katifar ma kowa yasan hawa-hawa ce. Gadon baya bai cika son kwanciya a wuri mai tauri da laushi sosai ba, ya fi son tsaka-tsaki, wato katifa maras tauri sosai, kuma maras laushi sosai. Da yake kin ce sai lokacin kwanciya kike samun ta’azzarar ciwon ya kamata ki nemi irin wannan.

10. Ciwon TB: Ciwon tarin fuka na TB kan iya barin huhu (suhe) ya tabo kashin gadon baya. Bayan huhu dama wuri na biyu da akafi ganin ciwon (suhe) tarin fuka shine kan kashin gadon baya. Don haka ba abin mamaki bane mai tarin fuka ya ji ciwon baya. Ga mai tarin fuka wanda ke shan magani, duk lokacin daya ji ciwon baya kwana daya, kwana biyu ya ki tafiya dole ya je a duba bayan sosai. Ban da wannan kwayar cuta ta TB akwai wasu kwayoyin cutar da kan iya biyo jini ma su kama kashin gadon baya.

11. Ciwon Daji: A lokuta da dama masu matsalar ciwon daji kona ina ne kan samu ciwon baya, domin ciwon daji kan bi jini ya hau kan kasusuwa. Ciwon daji ko na nono kona bakin mahaifa ko na hanji ko na huhu, ko na mafitsara duk sun fi tafiya kashin gadon baya.

12. Al’ada da samun juna biyu da karin mahaifa: a wasu mata su kuma lokutan al’ada ne kawai kan kawo musu ciwon baya maimakon ciwon mara ko na kugu. Samun juna biyu ma idan cikin ya haura watanni biyar zai iya danne kashin gadon baya asamu jin zafi. karin mahaifa ma wato fibroid kan iya jawo irin wannan. Idan mutum nada ciwon baya matsananci, ya duba duk wadannan abubuwa da aka lissafa ya kasa gano dalili, kai ko da ya gano dalili, yana da kyau kuma ya ziyarci likita inda za a duba shi a bashi magunguna.
